FAQ – CBL Trip (Chemerong, Berembun & Langsir) Terengganu (Open Trip)

1. What is included in the package?

This hiking trip package covers:

• Forestry permit

• Licensed forestry guide (1:7 ratio)

• Rations/meals during the trip

• Chef for meal preparation

• Open tent (group shelter)

• Basic first aid support

2. What is not included in the package?

The following are not included:

• Transportation (by carpool arrangement or book from LRT Gombak include MPV/Starex/Van/Bus)

• Personal tent (bring your own if needed)

• Personal porter (for individual backpacks)

3. How is transportation arranged?

Transportation is by carpool. Participants will coordinate to share rides to the CBL trailhead in Terengganu. - join whatsapp group

4. What kind of accommodation is provided?

• Open tent setup (shared group shelter)

• Participants who prefer privacy are advised to bring their own personal tent.

5. What meals are included in the package?

• All meals and rations during the hike are included.

• Meals before and after the trip (in town) are not included.

6. Is a personal porter included?

No, personal porters are not included. Participants must carry their own personal backpacks.

7. Can beginners join this trip?

CBL is considered a challenging trek. It involves long hours of hiking, river crossings, and steep climbs.

• Recommended for hikers with moderate to high fitness levels.

• Pre-trip training is strongly encouraged.

8. What should I pack for the trip?

We provide meals, open tent shelter, and first aid. You only need to bring:

• Personal tent (if preferred)

• Personal clothing

• Trekking shoes

• Headlamp

• Water bottle

• Toiletries

• Personal medication

A full packing list will be provided after booking.

9. Are personal expenses included?

No. The following are not included:

• Meals before/after the trip (in town)

• Souvenirs/snacks/drinks

• Personal porter (if requested separately)

• Personal gear rental

• Travel insurance

10. How do I book and secure my slot?

2. Pay deposit RM100 or full payment
