  1. What is included in the package?

  This is an all-inclusive long-distance hiking package that covers:

  • Licensed Mount Argopuro mountain guides

  • Group porters (for shared equipment)

  • National park permits & hiking insurance

  • Tents (1 tent for 3 people)

  • Toilet tent

  • Cooking equipment & utensils

  • Sleeping bag, air mattress, and pillow

  • All meals & snacks during the hike

  • Resthouse/Basecamp accommodation

  • Group photographer

  • Full ground transportation:

    • Pick-up from designated meeting point / airport

    • Transfer to Mount Argopuro basecamp

    • Exit transfer from finish point

    • Drop-off at hotel / resthouse / airport

  2. What’s the difference between Open Trip and Private Trip?

  Open Trip: Join a scheduled group with fixed dates and prices. Perfect for solo travelers or small groups.

  Private Trip: Choose your own date and group size. Price and facilities will be adjusted based on the number of participants.

  3. Can I choose my own date for the trip?

  Yes, for Private Trips you are free to choose your preferred date.
  Open Trips follow fixed departure schedules.

  4. What kind of accommodation is provided?

  • Camping: Tents provided with a 1:3 ratio (1 tent for 3 people)

  • Resthouse/Basecamp: Included before and/or after the hike as required

  ---

  5. What meals are included in the package?

  • All meals and snacks during the Argopuro trek are included

  • Meals before and after the hike (in town) are not included and considered personal expenses

  ---

  6. Is personal porter included?

  No, personal porters for carrying individual backpacks are not included.
  However, group porters for shared equipment (tents, food, cooking tools, tables & chairs) are included.
  Personal porters can be arranged with an additional fee.

  7. How is transportation arranged?

  All ground transportation during the trip is included:

  • Pick-up from agreed meeting point / airport

  • Transfer to Mount Argopuro basecamp

  • Exit transfer from finishing point

  • Drop-off at hotel / resthouse / airport

  8. Can foreigners (WNA) join the trip?

  Yes! WNA (Warga Negara Asing / Foreign Nationals) are welcome to join.
  Please bring a valid passport and visa.
  Note: National park entrance fees may differ for WNI and WNA — please inform us of your nationality when booking.

  9. What should I pack for the trip?

  We provide most of the hiking essentials. You only need to bring:

  • Personal clothing

  • Trekking shoes

  • Headlamp

  • Water bottle / hydration system

  • Toiletries

  • Personal medication

  A complete packing list will be shared after booking.

  10. Is this trip beginner-friendly?

  Mount Argopuro is recommended for hikers with good fitness and prior hiking experience.
  While the trail is non-technical, the trek involves very long trekking hours and multiple days of endurance hiking.
  Pre-trip training is highly recommended.

  11. Are personal expenses included?

  No. The following personal expenses are not included:

  • Meals before/after the hike (in town)

  • Souvenirs or additional snacks/drinks

  • Personal porter (if requested)

  • Personal gear rental

  • Travel insurance (unless otherwise stated)

  12. How do I book and get pricing?

  Open Trip Booking:

  1. Scroll down and choose total number of pax

  2. Select Deposit RM200 / Full Payment

  3. Fill in all required details

  4. Choose your date under “Chosen Date”

  5. Select payment method

  6. Wait for our team to invite you into the WhatsApp group

  7. Done

  Private Trip Booking:

  1. Select Private Trip option

  2. Choose total number of pax

  3. Select Deposit RM200 / Full Payment

  4. Fill in all required details

  5. Choose your preferred date

  6. Select payment method
